Si informa che sono stati redatti e inviati i contratti di mobilità per i partecipanti per i quali alla data del 15/05/2025 era presente su Portale Studenti una pratica di "Learning agreement BEFORE the mobility" in stato "Sent to partner Institution" o successivo. Il contratto deve essere sottoscritto dal partecipante e restituito all'Ufficio, secondo le indicazioni riportate nella mail di trasmissione, entro il 15/06/2025. Non occorre allegare alla mail alcun learning agreement, poichè l'Ufficio lo acquisirà dal Portale Studenti. Il learning agreement potrà essere sottoscritto dall'Università ospitante e caricato sul Portale Studenti anche dopo il 15/06/2025.

Non saranno inviate e-mail di conferma della ricezione del contratto di mobilità; l'Ufficio sottoporrà i contratti alla firma del Prorettore alla Didattica e all'Internazionalizzazione e, successivamente, provvederà a restituirli agli interessati. Si ricorda che i documenti devono essere sottoposti alla firma del Prorettore esclusivamente per il tramite dell'Ufficio.

Please be informed that mobility agreements have been prepared and sent to those participants who, as of 15/05/2025, had a "Learning Agreement BEFORE the mobility" recorded on the Student Portal with the status "Sent to partner institution" or at a more advanced stage. The agreement must be signed by the participant and returned to the Office, following the instructions provided in the email, no later than 15/06/2025. Attaching the learning agreement to the reply email is not required, as the Office will retrieve it directly from the Student Portal. The learning agreement may still be signed by the host university and uploaded to the Student Portal after 15/06/2025.

Please note that no confirmation emails will be sent upon receipt of the mobility agreement. The Office will submit the documents for the signature of the Vice-Rector for Education and Internationalisation and will return the signed copies to the participants in due course. Please note that all documents requiring the Vice-Rector’s signature must be submitted exclusively through the Office.

Learning Agreement in stato "Sent to partner institution" entro il 15 maggio 2025

I partecipanti che hanno programmato di svolgere la mobilità al I semestre o per l'intero anno accademico e che alla data del 15 maggio 2025 hanno avviato la pratica di "Learning agreement BEFORE the mobility" sul Portale Studenti non perderanno il posto di mobilità. Le procedure di generazione e invio dei contratti di mobilità e di erogazione dei contributi di mobilità saranno avviate esclusivamente per le pratiche in stato "Sent to partner institution", pertanto per i partecipanti che completeranno la pratica dopo il 15 maggio 2025 non è garantita l'erogazione del contributo di mobilità prima dell'avvio della mobilità.

Learning Agreement in status "Sent to partner institution" by May 15, 2025

Participants who have planned to carry out their mobility in the first semester or for the entire academic year, and who have initiated the "Learning Agreement BEFORE the mobility" process on the Student Portal by May 15, 2025, will not lose their mobility placement. The procedures for generating and submitting mobility contracts, as well as disbursing mobility grants, will only be initiated for cases in the "Sent to partner institution" status. Therefore, for participants who complete the process after May 15, 2025, the disbursement of the mobility grant before the mobility begins cannot be guaranteed.
