Le attività del corso di dottorato prevedono innanzitutto la partecipazione, da parte dei dottorandi di ricerca, al corso di “Sistemi Giuridici Comparati” tenuto dal Prof. Antonello Miranda; al corso “International Commercial Law” tenuto dalla Prof.ssa Chiara Garilli e al corso “Afro-Asiatic Legal Systems and mixed jurisdictions”, tenuti dal Prof. Salvatore Mancuso. Ai dottorandi viene inoltre richiesto di partecipare attivamente ai sopracitati insegnamenti tramite la preparazione di apposite lezioni vertenti sui temi oggetto delle loro ricerche di dottorato.

I dottorandi approfondiscono ulteriormente il loro processo di studio tramite la lettura di una serie di testi consigliati tra cui si menzionano: John Dickinson, “Legal Rules- The function in the process of decision”; Peter Turner, “Fusion and Theory of Equity in common law systems”; Esin Örücü, “Comparative Law at a Crossroads”; “Annuario di diritto comparato e studi legislativi 2019”.

I dottorandi di ricerca, inoltre, sono invitati annualmente a frequentare il “Path of Excellence” organizzato nell’ambito del Master in International Relations. Il Dottorato in dinamica dei sistemi, curriculum giuridico, prevede inoltre una cospicua partecipazione e realizzazione di eventi quali seminari, workshop e laboratori giuridici per i quali è prevista la frequenza attiva dei Dottorandi. Si menzionano, di seguito, in ordine cronologico, tutti gli eventi programmati e organizzati dal Dipartimento di Scienze Politiche, nell’ambito del dottorato in dinamica dei sistemi.
