Pay Attention:

The graduation thesis must be uploaded and validated no later than 15 calendar days after the graduation exams. The last exam must be passed and registered within 10 calendar days from the start of the degree exams where the presentation of the thesis/thesis is foreseen.

In any case, graduating students of the extraordinary session must complete the exams (including registration) by 25 February 2024 (by registering for the appeals of the extraordinary session, NOT those of the early session).

For students enrolled in three-year degree courses starting from the 2016/2017 academic year, the last exam must be taken at least the day before the date scheduled for the final exam.

The Course Coordinators will take care to include in the final days of the graduation session the graduating students who have to take exams in the third session (in the sessions where foreseen), in order to allow the Offices to best carry out the related bureaucratic obligations.

As regards the exams, the number of sessions (4) and the number of sessions per year (8) must be respected, which must take place: three at the end of the first semester, one in April, three at the end of the second semester and one in September .

The Course Coordinators will take care to distribute the exam sessions in the sessions in order to avoid overlapping and take advantage of the entire time window available. The exam calendar must be published at the beginning of each semester and entered on the booking portal no later than one month before the start of each exam session.

The exam sessions of the courses of the same semester and of the same year in the early or ordinary session must be arranged on different dates, so as to avoid overlapping. In the case of propaedeutic courses, the Degree Program Board will have to ensure that the propaedeutic order is respected in the scheduling of exams.

The teaching hours provided during the lesson periods will normally have to be carried out over the entire 12 weeks foreseen in the two semesters, taking care to appropriately distribute the total hours of each course over the weeks, also in order to optimize the use of the classrooms for teaching.

With regard to the exams of the November exam session, we reserve the right to check whether there are any courses of study in which only annual courses are envisaged which prevent part-time students from being able to access the aforementioned exam session, so as to be able to adopt approval of this teaching calendar specific decisions of the Pro-Rector for Teaching which allow the aforementioned students to access the November exam session.

Exceptions to the scheduling of degree exams may only be implemented for Study Programs with a degree exam qualifying for the profession (Health Professions Degree Courses, Single-cycle Master's Degree Course in "Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage", single-cycle master's degree in "Primary education sciences", single-cycle master's degree course in Medicine and Surgery pursuant to Legislative Decree 18/2020).

By way of derogation, the end of the lessons of the first and second semester and of the immediately following exams will be deferred by one week exclusively for the laboratory teachings of the study courses hinged on the Department of Architecture, keeping the 23 February 2024 and the 13 July unchanged 2024 the closing dates of the exam period and reducing the period of distancing between one session and another to 10 days.

The student representatives Filippo Diletto and Irene Ferrara further reaffirmed the requests for changes made by the Student Council which were not accepted by the Commission and which in particular concern:
