The University of Palermo’s regulations for the recognition of foreign PhD degrees outline the procedure through which the University recognizes doctoral degrees awarded by foreign academic institutions, in accordance with national legislation, university regulations, and the CIMEA guidelines for the academic recognition of foreign PhD degrees in Italy.
