Abstract

With reference to the analyses of the Fifth Logical Investigation, the first book of Ideas, the Fifth Cartesian Meditation and Grenzprobleme der Phänomenologie, the paper reconstructs a progressive broadening of the concept of intentionality from a linear model connecting the act of consciousness with the object, to a concentric model linking experience and world together, up to the idea of sinking intentionalities working at the threshold of the unconscious.
