A two-seminar series entitled “Frontiers in Structural Biophysics: Probing Protein Dynamics at the Femtosecond” will be held by Dr. Giorgio Schirò (Institut de Biologie Structurale – IBS, Grenoble).
The first seminar will provide a methodological and educational introduction to femtosecond time-resolved X-ray techniques for investigating protein structural dynamics.
The second seminar will present recent scientific results, with particular reference to the publication Integrated structural dynamics uncover a new B12 photoreceptor activation mode (Nature, volume 650, pages 1045–1052, 2026).
