SuProM - Sustainable project management in Balkan HEIs

SuProM aims to enhance sustainable project management skills within higher education institutions in the Western Balkans. It addresses recent educational reforms that have revealed a shortage of project management expertise among university staff. Through specialized training and the introduction of courses in sustainable project management, the project seeks to strengthen the capacity of local universities for international collaboration and long-term sustainability. It is structured into three phases: analyzing current practices, providing training, and integrating sustainable project management into university curricula.
