Associate professor of Work and Organizational Psychology

 

HR development consultant, Expert in Training and in I&O Psychology

 

I teach courses on Work and Organizational Psychology for the 1^st degree in Psychology, and on Psychology of training for the 2^nd degree in Social and Organizational Psychology of the University of Palermo. I also held lectures in schools of specialization for psychotherapy and counselling, masters, and postgraduate courses on HR development.

My sustentative areas of interests include attachment bonds in -and with- the workplace; experiential training groups; reflective function in the workplace; organizational well-being.

I collaborate with the Psychology Service of the Department of Psychology, Educational Science and Human Movement, carrying out activity on personnel recruitment and selection, soft skills training, work-related stress appraisal.

I am member of the following national and international scientific association: Associazione Italiana di Psicologia (AIP; Italian Association of Psychology); International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP).
