INVITATION TO SUBMIT                            (Abstract submission template)

The organizing committee of the 6th ORCA-meeting invites abstract submissions for any topic relevant to organocatalysis.

The deadline for abstract submission is April 14th, 2014 (midnight local time). Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

To have an abstract accepted and included in the program and in the Book of Abstracts, the presenting author must have registered and paid the registration fee prior to April 10th, 2014.

Abstracts may only be submitted by email to the Organizing Committee:

Participants who wish to apply for a scientific contribution to the conference must submit an abstract for consideration and approval of the Scientific Committee. Please indicate your preference for the type of presentation. If you wish to apply for a lecture, please take into account that only a limited number of them will be selected by the Scientific Committee. Non-selected contributions will be automatically transferred to the category of poster communications.

Acceptance as a speaker will be communicated to the authors not later than: April 30th, 2014

PREPARATION GUIDELINES
Abstracts must be written in English using the template available at the end this page. Please download the template and follow the instructions therein. Abstracts must be thoroughly checked for spelling and grammar before submission.

Title: Should be limited to 80 characters in length. Exceeding characters will be truncated.

Presenting author: The name of the presenting author must appear first in the list of authors.

Affiliation: Please report the information in a concise manner. The e-mail address of the presenting author is recommended.

Main text: There is enough space for approximately 200 words of text in Calibri, font size 11. Use single spacing. Include graphics (minimum resolution 300 dpi) only if they will be necessary, and if they will reproduce well in black and white.

References: Please follow ACS style.

Poster dimensions: 100 cm x 80 cm.
