25-mar-2020

Ascolta

In accordance with law decree no. 6 of 23 February 2020 “on urgent measures for the containment and management of the Covid-19 epidemiological emergency” which in article 1 provides for the suspension of some educational services, study and educational tours in Italy and abroad; the note of the Ministry of Education of 23 February 2020; and the EU commissions’ dispositions of the note Ares (2020)619972 of 31/01/2020, we communicate that the “force majeure” principle would apply to the mobility of students and staff operating in the school education, higher education and adult education sectors of Erasmus+.

Therefore, it will be possible to request to the National Agency – in the forms and with the methods that will be subsequently communicated – to apply the “force majeure” clause to the activities and costs of all the motilities that would be cancelled due to the emergency and the provisions of the competent authorities.

Institutions and organisations affected are invited to review the planning and scheduling of activities by postponing mobility – also incoming- in agreement with project partners and according to bilateral agreements.
