AESOP CERTIFICATE OF QUALITY

In July 2019, the Association of European Schools of Planning (AESOP) awarded the L-21 and LM-48 Courses of Study "Quality Recognition (QR)" certification.
AESOP's Quality Recognition (QR) program represents a prestigious international initiative to support quality and the sharing of best practices for the improvement of teaching and pedagogy among planning schools. The main motto of AESOP QR is to promote excellence in learning and education.
AESOP QR provides for rigorous evaluation on the teaching methods and content of Courses of Study that decide to voluntarily undergo the process.
And, therefore, the recognition to the Course of Study LM-48 represents an important certification of quality of international importance.
In particular, in the evaluation process the Master's Degree Course in Territorial, Urban and Environmental Planning - LM-48 has distinguished itself

  • on a pedagogical level, for the integration of laboratories with theoretical teachings and of traditional techniques with more interactive and cooperative ones;
  • for the characterizing contents on policy making and management combined with skills in urban design.
