This page contains the most important information for the partner universities, intending to send exchange students to spend a period of study at the University of Palermo, in the context of student mobility programs.

 

The programmes issuing double, multiple and joint qualifications run at the University of Palermo include some initiatives selected as Erasmus programmes by the European Union. These programmes are renowned for the high quality of the studies and the specific “European added value". Students may obtain study grants to attend the joint programme. OPPORTUNITIES IN INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS Within the many international cooperation agreements signed with universities outside of the Erasmus Programme, the University of Palermo hosts students teaching staff and researchers international for short periods for the performance of teaching activities. Teaching staff mobility among partner universities within International Cooperation Agreements The University of Palermo has managed more than one hundred agreements with foreign universities. The teaching staff from partner universities outside of the Erasmus Programme, wishing to spend periods of mobility at our university may be invited by a professor or research of the University of Palermo. Implementation methods The allocation of funds for incoming and outgoing teaching staff mobility is governed by a Call for applications published annually, usually in the autumn, according to which a ranking list is drawn up for the allocation of funds for the following calendar year.
