Abstract
The A. deals with the discussed problem of the uniqueness or duplicity of the lex Iulia et Titia, examining the scanty attestations that give notice of it and, in particular, carrying out some reflections on the information handed down on the point in the Greek Paraphrase of the Institutes of Justinian.
