Abstract

In this paper it is assumed that the connection between the repression the mafia and terrorism are inseparable: without the fight against terrorism there would not have been the mafia; in the legal field, as well as that of investigative, penitentiary, political institutions and administrative. The connection between these two different criminal experiences, that have so bloody pages in the history of Italy Republican, is represented by the figure and the action of Carlo Alberto dalla Chiesa and from his "method" of work
