Abstract

The paper firstly deals with the right to establishing an RSA in the workplace: the thesis is that every representative union has the right to establish its own representation in the workplace. Secondly, the Author examines the conditions under which the rights enshrined in the Title III of the Workers Statute can operate in the digital context, embracing a fluid notion of a production unit.
