Abstract
This contribution aims to offer a reflection on strategies for encounter and dialogue between teachers and educators in the construction of coordinated educational actions, aimed at finding answers to the educational needs of unaccompanied migrant adolescents. In order to specify the subject of reflection, reference will be made to some aspects that emerged from two field studies, one on the intercultural knowledge and skills of educators and other experts in the reception of migrants, carried out in Emilia-Romagna and Sicily with 35 ‘privileged witnesses’, and the other on possible forms of educational alliances between schools and residential communities, carried out with 10 teachers from the CPIA (Provincial Centres for Adult Education) in Palermo, Catania and Agrigento.
