The first Bi.N.D. PhD Day on 17th July 2026, brought together our PhD community for a morning of research, discussion and networking. Prof. Filippo Macaluso, PhD Programme Coordinator, opened the event and delivered the final remarks. Three speed-presentation sessions were chaired by two of our PhD students encouraging suggestions and new ideas boosting projects and future collaborations. The coffee break added a cheerful opportunity to connect and share the experience together.
The event was supported by the Bi.N.D. Department and attended by its Head, Prof. Riccardo Alessandro who presented the Department-sponsored prizes to the best presentations, as voted by the PhD students themselves.
A great first edition dedicated to sharing ideas and inspiring collaboration.
