The Document Management and U-gov Support Department manages the University’s databases relating to staff and organisation chart, attendance and accounting, and it carries out the activities of ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) from the personnel database. It supports structures regarding CSA, Coep (Economic and Financial Accounting) and staff attendance.

It manages relations with Cineca for the various products used in the convention: UGOV-research (IRIS), UGOV-accounting, UGOV research projects, UGOV fees and missions and Titulus.

It performs the functions of University’s unique billing office IPA code "UFN4YU" and name "Uff_efatturapa" and coordination of payment schedules.

It administers users and access profiles to the U-gov system and Cineca’s help desk system.

The Sector Manager carries out his activities in a manner consistent with the Law of CAD (Digital Administration Code) D. Lgs. 82/2005 and s.m.i. (look to D.Lgs 179/2016), of D.Lgs. 196/2003 and s.m.i., of D.Lgs. 33/2013 and related amendments made by D.Lgs 97/2016, of Agid (Agency for Digital Italy) and the Italian and European reference standards.

He is responsible for the management of documents, both in relation to the informatic protocol, and in relation to the management of the current archive and storage.

The Sector Manager manages the registration and hierarchy of the University’s structures at the Index of Public Administrations (IPA), providing for the attribution of the relevant identification codes and the activation of electronic invoicing services.

He manages users on the ANAC transparency portal and on the Titulus Organs platform.

He also deals with coordination and interfacing at the application level between Titulus and the other modules of the U-Gov platform.
