Croce e la “dis-creazione” del mondo. Irrazionalità e crisi del linguaggio

Abstract

This essay maintains that in Croce’s philosophy, language holds a cosmogonic power. According to him, the subject takes shape within the language that itself engenders in addressing the things. The core principle of Croce’s philosophy is: “I say, therefore I am”. In a post-metaphysical frame, history to be taken as the only possible reality for us, but it is weak, and the “spirit” can die.
