Introduzione al seminario della scuola DPCE su La giustizia costituzionale nell'epoca delle crisi ed emergenze

Abstract

This paper introduces the DPCE School seminar dedicated to constitutional justice in the era of crises and emergencies. Its aim is to explore the role of constitutional law and Constitutional courts, which increasingly determine how a legal system responds to crisis situations. In particular, the introduction focuses on two aspects: the difficulties faced by the courts in emergency contexts and, looking ahead, the open questions about their future role in managing the crises that characterize our historical period.
