Abstract
Contemporary society requires every organization to operate with a sense of social responsibility. Many organizations, including those in the healthcare sector, now include corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities in their work programs. Today, healthcare organizations have different choices and tools to communicate their CSR activities. The use of traditional means of communication of CSR (social, sustainability and integrated reports, codes of ethics, certification standards, etc.) is often integrated with the implementation of interactive communication technologies (internet, websites, social media, social networks, mobile apps) that have gained ground year after year. This paper analyzes how new technologies support the development and attention of CSR in the healthcare sector
