Abstract

In recent years, many international human rights Courts dealt with climate change issues. Such practice stems from the impact that the global warming phenomenon can have on the enjoyment of human rights. The present paper deals with the Human Rights Committee and European Court of Human Rights cae-law on the abovementioned topic.
