Prova tecnica e contraddittorio nel processo penale

Abstract

The contribution is taken from the abstract of the volume "Technical evidence and adversarial in the criminal process", published in the History Law and Legal History series, published by Palermo University Press. The article summarizes the main topics and problems focused in the volume. Starting from the assumption on the basis of which when science and the criminal process come into contact, cognitive mechanisms are set in motion aimed at reorganizing knowledges belonging to worlds other than the legal one, the A. it gives an account of how all the actors in the trial scene, forced to move on a terrain in which judicial epistemology and scientific epistemology are mixed, end up putting a strain on the stability of the principle of technical adversarial proceedings.
