Il modello del parco: imparare dal Parc des Cormailles

Abstract

The Parc départemental des Cormailles is located in the ancient town of Ivry sur-Seine. The park was designed by the TER studio and was created following a public competition to revitalise the area, which had fallen into social marginalisation and environmental degradation. The Parc des Cormailles, located within this complex and fascinating system, has played a decisive role in the overall transformation process of the working-class banlieues rouges that began after 2000.
