Left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and diastolic dysfunction are very commoninpatientswithchronickidneydisease(CKD).Theaimofthis study was to evaluate the impact of diabetes on LV geometry and diastolic function in a group of hypertensive patients with CKD.
