Abstract

Water represents a value of fundamental importance not only in the natural dimension but also in the socio-cultural one. In the present research, based on a mixed methodology (analysis of existing literature, fieldwork, interviews, data analysis), the case of the Egadi Islands is presented, with a specific focus on Favignana.
