Emergenza giudiziaria ai tempi del Covid-19 in Spagna

Abstract

The paper analyses the judicial emergency in Spain caused by COVID-19. The changes which involved the different sectors, have led to an impatience due to the uncertainty about the future and the lack of confidence in their own institutions. It is necessary to mention the concrete measures proposed within the judicial administration to facilitate the (judicial) activity which is facing a crisis right now and that is also expected to continue after the estado de alarma. Among the measures, the one that causes a real revolution in the judicial panorama is precisely the assumption of telematic justice as opposed to the face-to-face justice applied so far.
