Abstract
Deconstruction is not simply a method of rewriting that disrupts the text of the metaphysical tradition, acting as a kind of contrast medium that highlights its pauses, interruptions, and fault lines, along with the hermeneutic and transformative potential that would otherwise remain latent. Rather, it is a matter of grasping how such a work of rewriting occurs, so to speak, spontaneously within the metaphysical tradition itself, as a constitutive feature that innervates the research of its key figures. It is as if we could speak of a deconstructive move that animates from within the metaphysical search for the first (principle), the stable, the permanent, giving rein to a subversive impulse that unlocks the extraordinary capacity of that search to open new trajectories within contemporary thought and to establish privileged channels of communication with it, even across seemingly very distant perspectives.
