Abstract
International student mobility is a key driver for European integration and personal growth. Despite rising enrollment at institutions like the University of Palermo, challenges in academic adaptation and social inclusion persist. This research explores a mixed-methods approach to examine how interpersonal skills and inclusive pedagogical practices can improve the Erasmus experience, ultimately viewing internationalization as a collaborative "common growth."
