We are pleased to inform you about two upcoming events connected to our Migration, Rights, and Integration master's degree, which offer opportunities to deepen your understanding of key issues in migration studies. These events will also grant ECTs.
Event 1: "Migrazioni e Università. Per una carta degli officia - Quel che è giusto fare - come è giusto fare"
Date: 16th – 17th October 2025
Location: Palazzo Chiaromonte Steri, Sala Magna, Piazza Marina 61, Palermo
This conference, organized by the Centro di Ateneo Migrare at the University of Palermo, will address the development of a “Carta degli officia” (a protocol outlining what universities and educational institutions should do regarding migration issues). The event includes contributions from academics, institutional representatives, civil society actors, and individuals with lived migration experiences.

Event 2: "Come costruire Pace?"
Date: Saturday, 18th October 2025
Location: Borgo Danilo Dolci - Trappeto.
This study day will focus on the theme of peacebuilding, organized by the University of Palermo and the Network of Italian Universities for Peace (RUniPace).
