The ISEE (Indicator of the Equivalent Economic Situation) is the tool for assessing income and family assets used in Italy to evaluate the family economic situation of those who request subsidized social benefits. The ISEE for services of the right to university study ("ISEE university") is the specific indicator for services in the field of the Right to accademic Study (calculation of taxes, exemptions, services for the right to study). Italian and foreign citizens with a family residing abroad and foreign citizens residing in Italy but who are not independent from their family unit cannot obtain a calculation of the university ISEE therefore they can obtain a reduction in university fees and contributions through the ISEE Parificato.
The ISEE parificato is calculated and issued by the authorized CAF on the basis of the documentation indicated below for the academic year 2020/2021:
1) household income referred from 01/18 to 12/18;
2) family and personal bank account (ask for balance and average stock) until 31/12/18;
2) family status 2020;
3) 2020 real estate assets.
The following documents must be officially translated into Italian and legalized by the competent authorities. In addition, the ISEE parificato needs both to pay the academic fees and to apply for the scholarship of the ERSU Palermo.
