Active Research fields
Diplomatic edition, historical, linguistic, paleographical analysis of greek documents drawn up in South Italy (X-XIV centuries). The project complete a larger research program concerning the byzantine political and cultural influence in the mediterranean area (VII-XIII centuries), focused on written sources originated and held in South Italy attesting the relations between Constaninople and Islamic near Est.
