Premessa

Abstract

Appeal tools are among the protagonists of the most recent reforms involving criminal proceedings. In the Introduction to the volume "La nuova fisionomia delle impugnazioni", first of all the editor aims to outline the scenario of the main regulatory changes in the matter (in particular, the s.c. "Cartabia Reform": Law no. 134/2021, Legislative Decree no. 150/2022 and Legislative Decree no. 31/2024). Subsequently, she provides a mapping of the comments collected in the book. The latter tends to examine the various innovations related to appeal tools, also offering a necessary overview.
