The PhD Program in Architecture, Arts and Planning (AAP) promotes consultations with stakeholders (both internal and external) regarding the educational and research framework of the Program and the cultural and professional profiles it aims to develop.
Over time, the Program has initiated dialogue with local and national stakeholders through research grant agreements and has organized dedicated meetings.
In particular, the following meetings were held with representatives of companies, institutions, and research centers to discuss the educational objectives, professional profiles, career opportunities, expected outcomes, and training activities of the Program:

Furthermore, with Rectoral Decree No. 4903 dated 04/30/2025, the "Advisory Reference Committee" of the Doctoral School of the University of Palermo was established. See Rectoral Decree No. 4903 of 04/30/2025.

Over the years, the Program has also established a fruitful dialogue on the training path with key local and national stakeholders who are strategically important and deeply rooted in the territory, within the framework of research grant agreements, including the following:

  • Superintendency of Cultural Heritage and Activities of the Province of Palermo (INPS Scholarship, Cycle XXXVII);
  • Municipality of Bivona (Municipal Scholarship, Cycle XXXVII);
  • Municipality of Vizzini (Municipal Scholarship, Cycle XXXVII);
  • Prefabbricati Tecnologici S.r.l., Butera (Caltanissetta) (PON Scholarship, Cycle XXXVII);
  • Isolpan S.r.l., Isola delle Femmine (PA) (PON Scholarship, Cycle XXXVII);
  • Civita Sicilia S.r.l., Palermo (PON Scholarship, Cycle XXXVII);
  • Oblo s.a.s., Milan (PON Scholarship, Cycle XXXVII).
