To request the PhD parchment, the following documents are required at the Doctoral Research Office, Piazza Marina 61, 90133 Palermo:

1. Form A - Request for the original parchment - The office will issue a certified copy for collection of the parchment;
2. Payment for two virtual revenue stamps of €16.00 each and a payment of €30.00 via the PagoPa system. The payment slip for the stamps and the parchment will be sent by the office upon receipt of Form A;
3. Send Form B - Diploma Release to rilascio_diplomi@unipa.it

Upon receipt of the notification that the diploma is ready, please go to:

Diploma Release Office
Building 3, Viale delle Scienze,
90128 Palermo

and give them:

• A copy of Form A requesting the diploma;
• A copy of the €30.00 payment form;

Notice
Please note that diplomas will only be issued to those who have taken exams starting in 2010 (21st cycle). Certificates are not available for previous cycles.
