Request Form for Authorization for Off-Site Activities in Smart Working Mode

To request authorization, you must:

1. complete the I-SM Form;
2. attach the Coordinator's authorization to carry out activities abroad. For periods exceeding 180 days, authorization must be granted by the Teaching Committee;
3. deliver the documentation referred to in the previous points to the Doctoral Research Office.
4. Once accepted into the host institution, the doctoral student must request a declaration of commencement of activity from the institution, which must include the start date and the (estimated) end date of the activity. The declaration must be sent to dottorati@unipa.it.

Upon return, within 30 days, the doctoral student must submit the following three documents:
original certificate of commencement of activity issued by the host institution. See point 4;
original certificate of end of period issued by the foreign institution, indicating the start and end dates of the activity carried out abroad.
Original certification from the Program Coordinator stating that the doctoral student has returned home, resumed study and research activities, and confirming the period of stay abroad.
