Abstract

The Palermo institute, founded in 1891, changed its tasks after law 517/1974. Currently, in the afternoon, it welcomes students in the first cycle of education with visual disabilities, included in school classes, to support them with specialized staff in carrying out their study tasks and to carry out expressive and sporting activities.
