Abstract

The Author describes how the Italian National Plan for Recovery and Resilience approaches the issue of reforms of the Judicial System. The article dedicates wide attention to the reforms of the High Council of the Judiciary and of the rules of the judiciary, stressing their potentials and showing that tones and contents of the political debate could hinder the reforming path.
