Alcune considerazioni sui decreti legislativi di attuazione degli Statuti speciali

Abstract

The article deals with the nature and functions of the legislative decrees implementing the so-called “Statuti speciali”, considered as one of the most characteristic aspects of “special regionalism” in Italy. It considered the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court, whose rulings are interpreted as offering the possibility of rethinking the relationship between the special statute and the provisions that seek to implement it.
