Abstract

The future of Europe is an issue which brings together all the cultural resources and energy possibile without the exclusion of anyone.The elevated degree of conflict present in Europe has been due primarily to the consolidation of national lifestyles borne from a historic,elaborate make-up where religious and civil aspect are inextricably intertwined. The threat posed by claims presented by liberties unconcerned about the common good inverts the Rawlsian vision of public reason. How can preexisting political entities accept pluralism without being overwhelmed by the progressive, unavoidable fragmentation of the public sphere?
