Abstract

In the broad debate on the city, recognition of the legal prevalence of the city-community is affirmed and the contribution aims to examine the current season of return to the territory and the city as a level of proximity for the guarantee of rights and protections. Legal reflection on the political-administrative dimension of the city is enriched in contemporary times by the qualitative components of urban settlements, which correlate with urban regeneration and green governance policies.
