Abstract
The paper examines the relationship between regional regulations and community cooperatives in Italy, in a context of increasing attention to territorial cohesion and multi-sectoral marginality. Through a qualitative and quantitative approach, the legislative references on Community Cooperatives are analyzed, investigating their attention to issues such as: the valorization of cultural heritage, the definition of communities of reference, the contribution to territorial marginality and the establishment of territorial processes. The results, returned through cartograms. highlight a significant variability in legislative sensitivity between the different regions and indicate the need for further research on the impact of regulations and the relationship of pre-existing cooperatives with the new legislative context.
