Abstract
The article focuses on the rules that determine the construction of the narrative envelope in the digital enviroment. They are being re-discussed in light of a demand for reader participation in this process. In recent years, digitization has led to a radical complexity of information dynamics: in today's convergent and hybrid system, the deterritorialization of information has been possible, making it difficult to identify both the social actors involved in the production and dissemination of news and their purposes, thus suggesting the potential collapse of the gatekeeping function of information professionals. Digital platforms are redefining information, favoring individual mini-narratives that challenge traditional journalistic models and legitimize the coexistence of multiple truths in an increasingly polarized and fragmented context.
