Abstract
The article documents the identification of two complete specimens of the Vita S. Rosaliae virginis panormitanae pestis patronae iconibus expressa, a rare cycle of engravings based on drawings by Antoon van Dyck made in Antwerp in 1629. The volumes were found in the Puglia collection in Palermo and in the Library of the Episcopal Seminary in Asti, adding to the three other specimens known so far. As already noted in the Sicily Foundation exemplar, the examples published here are also bound within the 1708 edition of the Corona di rose e gigli by Domenico Stanislao Alberti, a Jesuit and central figure in 18th-century Sicilian religious culture.
