Abstract
This study presents a comprehensive multicriteria framework for evaluating green walls in urban environments, considering technical, ecological, economic, and social indicators. Focusing on the University Campus in Palermo as a case study, the research aims to provide a holistic assessment of green wall performance and benefits. The proposed framework facilitates informed decision-making for sustainable urban development by integrating diverse evaluation criteria. Results demonstrate the potential of green walls to enhance environmental quality, promote social engagement, and offer economic advantages, emphasizing their role as a sustainable solution in urban planning.
