Abstract

In her essay, the author argues that gender conflict cannot be eliminated through the eradication of identity, as the American philosopher J. Butler seems to do, but through a strengthening of the idea of relationship. To this end, the author re-proposes the “exchange of figure” of Plato’s Alcibiades I as a strong model of relationship.
