Abstract
For some time now, our society has been affected by an increasingly continuous and widespread use of technologies attributable to Artificial Intelligence models, or, in more general and crude terms, to computer systems. In this regard, there has been talk of a new modernity, of a fourth industrial revolution, which applied to administrative action translates into the expression administration 4.0, through which it is possible to summarize the transition from a traditional administration, which over time has begun to make use of computers and printers, accelerating its transformation into digital administration, to then arrive at an administration that increasingly frequently uses deep learning systems in carrying out its activity and forms of automation of administrative decisions.
