Abstract

With this volume, the Italian Scientific Society of Landscape Architecture, IASLA, investigates the phenomena that aridity, at different scales - from the domestic one of the courtyard to the territorial one of watercourses, to the ethereal one of light - entails. It reinterprets and verifies how landscape architecture can be a practice of parsimony and regeneration, even for extreme scenarios, past, present and future
