La visione geografica della strategia macroregionale EUSAIR tra obiettivi, incongruenze e performance

Abstract

New strategies for territorial development for over a decade have identified high potential in macro-regional unification in terms of territorial cooperation and the construction of profitable networks and synergies. In this work we will examine the EU Strategy for the Adriatic and Ionian Region (EUSAIR), established in 2014. On the one hand, we will discuss the use of the geographical criterion adopted in the definition of the macroregion, on the other hand we will discuss about the need to determine shared indicators for the essential performance evaluation elements.
