Abstract

The current work analyses the coexistence, within the same person, of the roles of employ ee and director of a corporation in the field of withdrawal. After an historical and legal in troduction, the essay focuses on preconditions and remedies in case of revocation of the assignment and dismissal of the director-employee, especially having regard to the direc tor-manager, and on the connections among unfair revocation of the assignment and unfair dismissal of the manager.
